Return Policy

As the services offered are intangible, personalized, and consultancy-based, once the service begins (i.e. resume received, profile processed, or communication initiated), we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

We believe in transparency and fairness. Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours of payment only if:

• No career consultation has taken place.
• No resume review or recruiter match has been initiated. 

 

No Refund Scenarios

We will not be able to offer any refunds if:

• You’ve already availed any or all services such as mock interviews, recruiter connections, or resume optimization.
• You’ve received one or more job opportunities through us.
• You apply for a refund after 24 hours from the time of payment.

Refund Processing Timeline

Payment will be processed within 7 working days and credited to customer’s account within 3 bank working days thereafter.
