outlets and quick commerce platforms. In this high-impact role, you’ll develop partnerships with
modern retail chains and quick commerce businesses while crafting strategies to ensure
widespread product availability and sales growth.

Modern Trade Development
• Establish and expand partnerships with national and regional modern trade retailers (e.g.,
Shopper’s Stop, Nykaa, Health & Glow, etc.).
• Design Joint Business Plans (JBP) with measurable KPIs, trade spends, and brand visibility goals.
• Drive SKU placements, retail-level secondary sales, and shelf visibility in stores. Quick Commerce Channel Growth
• Onboard and manage relationships with key quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket).
• Align product offerings, promotions, and availability in line with platform-specific strategies.
• Monitor platform-wise sales trends and optimize the product assortment for speed and efficiency. Sales Forecasting & Operational Excellence
• Attain volume, value, and market share targets through demand forecasting and stock planning.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams for seamless product availability across channels.
• Track SKU-wise performance and implement strategies for slow-moving items.Trade Marketing & Campaigns
• Plan and execute engaging product launches, campaigns, and activations across both physical and quick commerce stores.
• Optimize trade spends, assess ROI for campaigns, and execute strong merchandising strategies. Financial Compliance & Claims Management
• Oversee budgeting, trade schemes, and distributor payout validations.
• Ensure prompt resolution of claims, credit tracking, and reconciliation for retail and digital partners. Data Analytics & Reporting
• Deliver regular dashboards and reports on sales performance, trade spends, and market penetration.
• Conduct performance reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment with growth strategies.
