Indore had its first HR Party on April 19th, where HR leaders from different companies came together for a fun and relaxing evening. The best part of the event was the soulful Sufi Night, where everyone enjoyed the music and danced freely.
This event showed that real networking happens when people meet outside formal office settings. HR professionals from well-known companies like Flipkart, Crompton, TCS, Impetus, InfoBeans, KPMG, Kusum Pharma, Rakuten, WM India, Hettich, Viaset, and Osswal were part of the celebration.
Mr. Amit Pandey, CEO of Pincap and also known as the “Human Charger,” gave a short and meaningful talk. He said something that touched everyone:
“You need power to destroy someone, but love is enough to get things done.”
